Each piece is created with intent.
All products are made to order.

Eligibility

We only accept claims in the following cases:

  • damaged items
  • defective items
  • incorrect items

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Claims

To submit a claim, contact:

Include:

  • order number
  • description of the issue
  • clear photos

Requests without sufficient evidence may be rejected.

Resolution

Approved claims are resolved with a replacement.
Refunds are issued only if a replacement cannot be fulfilled.

Lost Shipments

Claims for lost packages must be submitted within
30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Non-Returnable

We do not accept returns for:

  • incorrect size
  • change of mind
  • minor color variation
  • shipping delays

Fit is the customer’s responsibility.

Returns Handling

Do not return items without authorization.

Returned or unclaimed shipments may not be eligible for refund.

Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) are issued to the original payment method
within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours only.
